Welcome to Antfeed. By downloading or using Antfeed, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Antfeed is currently available for free. It may transition to a paid subscription model in the future, at which point the subscription terms below will apply.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Antfeed provides real-time U.S. financial news translated into Korean for personal informational use. Full access to the service requires an active subscription.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to your selected paid subscription.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Antfeed provides news and informational content only. We do not provide:

• Financial or investment advice
• Trading strategies or signals
• Stock or crypto recommendations
• Personalized investment guidance

All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Antfeed, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not copy, redistribute, or republish any content
• Not reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Antfeed uses Apple's secure auto-renewing subscription system.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple ID Account Settings.
• If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day free trial, it will automatically convert into your selected paid subscription.
• Antfeed does not issue refunds for subscription periods. Refunds are handled solely by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

5. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content within Antfeed is owned by Antfeed or its licensors.
• Antfeed generates summaries using information gathered from publicly accessible sources, including financial news media and public social media posts.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Antfeed's content.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

• We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Features, content, or functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• Antfeed is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Antfeed is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for financial losses, investment outcomes, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

8. TERMINATION

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via Apple ID Account Settings.
• We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all rights to use the service immediately cease.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Antfeed after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable legal principles, without regard to conflicts of law.
