1. 서비스 개요
Antfeed는 개인 정보 이용 목적으로 미국 금융 뉴스를 실시간으로 한국어로 번역하여 제공합니다. 서비스 전체 이용을 위해서는 유효한 구독이 필요합니다.
구독 정보:
- 월간 구독: 월 $4.99 (14일 무료 체험 포함)
- 연간 구독: 연 $49.99 (14일 무료 체험 포함)
- 결제 방식: Apple App Store 인앱 구매 (자동 갱신 구독)
무료 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 선택한 구독으로 자동 전환됩니다.
2. 투자 조언 아님
Antfeed는 뉴스와 정보 콘텐츠만 제공합니다. 다음은 제공하지 않습니다:
- 재정 또는 투자 조언
- 매매 전략 또는 신호
- 주식 또는 암호화폐 추천
- 맞춤형 투자 가이드
모든 투자 결정은 전적으로 본인의 책임입니다. 과거 수익률이 미래 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 투자 결정 전 자격을 갖춘 금융 전문가와 상담하세요.
3. 사용자 책임
Antfeed를 사용함으로써 다음에 동의합니다:
- 개인적, 비상업적 목적으로만 앱 사용
- 콘텐츠를 복사, 재배포 또는 재게시하지 않음
- 앱을 역설계, 수정 또는 방해하지 않음
- 모든 관련 법규 준수
무단 사용 시 접근이 중단되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.
4. 구독 및 결제
Antfeed는 Apple의 안전한 자동 갱신 구독 시스템을 사용합니다.
- 구매 확인 시 Apple ID로 결제됩니다.
- 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으면 구독이 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 Apple ID로 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
- Apple ID 계정 설정에서 언제든지 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.
- 14일 무료 체험 종료 전에 취소하지 않으면 선택한 구독으로 자동 전환됩니다.
- Antfeed는 구독 기간에 대한 환불을 제공하지 않습니다. 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 Apple에서만 처리됩니다.

5. 콘텐츠 및 지적재산권
- Antfeed 내 모든 콘텐츠는 Antfeed 또는 라이선스 제공자의 소유입니다.
- Antfeed는 금융 뉴스 매체 및 공개 소셜 미디어 게시물 등 공개적으로 접근 가능한 출처의 정보를 사용하여 요약을 생성합니다.
- Antfeed의 콘텐츠를 복사, 수정, 배포하거나 2차 저작물을 만들 수 없습니다.
- 모든 상표, 로고 및 브랜드명은 해당 소유자에게 귀속됩니다.
6. 서비스 가용성
- 안정적이고 중단 없는 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하지만 100% 가동 시간을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 기능, 콘텐츠 또는 기능성은 언제든지 수정, 중단 또는 종료될 수 있습니다.
- Antfeed는 서비스 중단, 지연 또는 기술적 문제로 인한 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 책임의 제한
법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서:
- Antfeed는 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
- 앱 사용 또는 콘텐츠 의존으로 인한 재정적 손실, 투자 결과 또는 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 당사의 총 책임은 가장 최근 구독 기간에 지불한 금액으로 제한됩니다.
8. 해지
- Apple ID 계정 설정에서 언제든지 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다.
- 본 약관을 위반할 경우 접근 권한을 종료하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 해지 시 서비스 사용에 대한 모든 권리가 즉시 종료됩니다.
9. 약관 변경
본 이용약관은 언제든지 업데이트하거나 수정할 수 있습니다. 업데이트 후 Antfeed를 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

Welcome to Antfeed. By downloading or using Antfeed, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Antfeed provides real-time U.S. financial news translated into Korean for personal informational use. Full access to the service requires an active subscription.
Subscription Details:
- Monthly: $4.99 per month (includes 14-day free trial)
- Annual: $49.99 per year (includes 14-day free trial)
- Billing Method: Apple App Store in-app purchase (auto-renewing subscription)
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to your selected paid subscription.
2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Antfeed provides news and informational content only. We do not provide:
- Financial or investment advice
- Trading strategies or signals
- Stock or crypto recommendations
- Personalized investment guidance
All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using Antfeed, you agree to:
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not copy, redistribute, or republish any content
- Not reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Antfeed uses Apple's secure auto-renewing subscription system.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple ID Account Settings.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day free trial, it will automatically convert into your selected paid subscription.
- Antfeed does not issue refunds for subscription periods. Refunds are handled solely by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

5. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content within Antfeed is owned by Antfeed or its licensors.
- Antfeed generates summaries using information gathered from publicly accessible sources, including financial news media and public social media posts.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Antfeed's content.
- All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
- We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Features, content, or functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
- Antfeed is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Antfeed is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for financial losses, investment outcomes, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
8. TERMINATION
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via Apple ID Account Settings.
- We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, all rights to use the service immediately cease.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Antfeed after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable legal principles, without regard to conflicts of law.
